Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns are accepted only in case of an incorrect size sent from our end or a manufacturing defect.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll share instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective item, a damaged product, or an incorrect size, please reach out to us within 7 days so we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

As each piece is thoughtfully produced, we’re unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Size or fit concerns where the correct size was delivered

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment.
If you wish to order a different size or style, you can place a new order once your return request is processed.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

  • Refunds are issued only in case of confirmed manufacturing defects

  • Approved refunds will be provided as store credit

  • Store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval
